- Shipping & Delivery
- The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Please call and e-mail us immediately if you decide to cancel your order. Emerald Coast Coffee & Grille will issue a credit if the item has not yet shipped. However if the item has shipped, you will be responsible for all of the return shipping costs in addition to a restocking fee. When returning a cancelled order, we encourage you to use FEDEX or UPS in the interest of tracking the items return. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, the customer will be charged for the item. Therefore we recommend that you purchase insurance prior to shipping the item back to us, so that you can file a claim with the shipper if the item is lost or damaged in transit. For items that are cancelled after they are shipped, your account will be credited once we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.

- You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Emerald Coast Coffee & Grille reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may email sales@emeraldcoastcoffee.com to request a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to get a replacement product or a refund of your money, excluding the shipping charges.
